Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all services provided by Samurai Volleyball Academy Club (SVBAC), including private lessons, group private lessons, tryouts, and clinics.

PRIVATE & GROUP PRIVATE LESSONS

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid a fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, billed directly to the participant or deducted from any prepaid session package.
No-shows will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the same $50 fee.

TRYOUT & PRE-TRYOUT REGISTRATION FEES

All tryout and pre-tryout registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or outcome.
These fees secure your registration and cover administrative and facility-related expenses.

clinics

Clinic registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a program cancellation initiated by SVBAC.
Participants may request to transfer clinic fees to a future event if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance and space is available.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather, SVBAC may cancel or reschedule sessions for the safety of our participants and staff.
If a cancellation is necessary due to weather, affected participants will be notified as soon as possible via email and/or text.
No cancellation fees will be applied in the case of SVBAC-initiated weather-related cancellations. Makeup sessions will be offered when possible.
